Cancellation Policy

75% of the registration fee (excluding GST) will be refunded for cancellations received on or before 30^th June 2026.
50% of the registration fee (excluding GST) will be refunded for cancellations received on or before 30^th September 2026.
25% of the registration fee (excluding GST) will be refunded for cancellations received on or before 31^st December 2026.
No refund for cancellations received post 31^st December 2026.
